Let’s Get Ready to Tumble!

This program is designed to develop the minds and bodies of 5 to 13 year olds, by developing the discipline and patience required to achieve mastery in the sport of gymnastics. Their minds will be challenged to understand the skills they are being asked to learn and coordinate their bodies to safely achieve these skills and progress to the next goal. They will be asked to focus on strength, which will be developed through drills, skills and conditioning exercises. They will be guided to new levels by having skills broken into individual components, practiced through an assortment of drills and skills that will give them the opportunity to focus on different components of a skill and then putting these parts together to reach a whole new level of athletic ability and confidence.

The program utilizes rubrics and performance to provide your child with the opportunity to demonstrate his/her advancing athletic aptitude and ensure they are learning skills in a progression that allows for maximum safety and success. No matter their ultimate goal, your children will find fun, fitness and friendship in this program. The ultimate hope is that your child will acquire not only greater physical skill and strength, but also an equally strong mind with the discipline and confidence to succeed in any task they undertake.
