TRIAL CLASS

            We, at Park City Gymnastics are so sure that you and your child will enjoy the Park City Gymnastics experience.  However, we still would like to accomadate and any all concerns that you might have by offereing to let you pay for a TRIAL CLASS before you register for the full program.  With the trial class, you and your child can determine if our program is right for you.

            Trial Classes are NOT offered during the first 3 weeks of any semester.  With the ongoing registration during the first three weeks of each semester, we feel that it is inappropriate to have trials going on at the same time.  Some exceptions can be made for classes that we are sure will not be a large class.

            We hold the right to stop having a Risk Free Trial Class during any point of the year if the class/es is over 70% of it's maximum capacity.  We would then honor the Risk Free Trial Class during the next semester.

3 WEEK TRIAL PERIOD

           In addition, every child automatically receives a Three Week TRIAL PERIOD.  This period allows you, with full registration, three weeks to decide if your child is happy with our program.  If, by any time in the first three weeks of your registration, your child decides that he/she does not want to attend classes anymore, we will refund you the remaining balance charged as a half semester pricing.  Requests for refunds have to be submitted by the end of the 3rd Week of the semester or session depending on what you registered for.       

            Note: We are not able to refund any credit card fees taken, as they go directly to a third party and are not refundabvle to us.   The registration fee is refunded in full by the end of the first week of classes.  After that, there is no refund on the registration fee.
